The Operational and Corporate Audit team is responsible for independently evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the control structure for both enabling and operating departments within GM Financial North America. Results of the evaluation are reported to management along with recommendations for improvement. Operations Audit also performs consultative audits upon management request and participates in company projects to help management identify risks and controls. The Staff Internal Auditor I is responsible for participating in audit fieldwork with assistance from Senior-level auditors and management.
The Business System Analyst III establishes direction and provides guidance to other team members. The Business System Analyst III is responsible for providing analysis and second-tier support for the Digital Direct Loan Origination System. The position involves, but is not limited to, the analysis, design and estimation of small to medium-scale projects, product support, and coordination with team members on project development. This position involves moderate coordination with other departments, business partners, and outside vendors.
The Business System Analyst II, under limited or no supervision, is responsible for providing analysis and second-tier support for the Digital Direct Loan Origination System. The Mobile Developer (MD) contributes in all areas of mobile application development as a member of an Agile Scrum team. Team members will have areas of strength and some level of specialization, but must be adept at learning tools and languages that enable the team member to participate in all areas of product development. Being adaptable and knowledgeable in multiple domains enables the team members to swarm or fill gaps in order to meet commitments.
The Remarketing Solutions Specialist I professionally represents the sale of retail and lease vehicles at auctions nationwide and strives to achieve the highest recovery on the liquidation of assets in order to minimize losses, while ensuring company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, are followed. Additionally, this team member will review, monitor, and direct departmental activity.
The Credit Review Buyback Analyst I is responsible for facilitating the buyback process on the behalf of GM Financial. The buyback process is initiated when Credit Review documents a violation of the dealer agreement and escalates it to the business unit. The Buyback Analyst I works in conjunction with the business unit as they attempt to reach a positive resolution with the business source. This position requires sound judgment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask.
The AmeriCredit Field Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for service and support of all Non GM franchises dealers and associate GM Financial products. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the dealers, manufacturer partners, and GM Financial. This team member's overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships that generate contracts and ancillary policies according to GM Financial's established credit risk and profitability models.
The Senior Project Administrator will maintain the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System, providing system administration, training, support, analytics, and reporting for users. This role will also perform documentation, process audits to ensure compliance with project controls, and configure workflows. The Senior Project Administrator will develop and monitor routine, ad hoc, and executive-level reports on project activities. This person works closely with Project Managers, Business Executives, and other company employees.

The Quality Control Analyst - CLS is responsible for ensuring adherence to internal policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements for all new loans and wholesale accounts and all commercial account renewals. This position has contact with internal company departments.
The Project Manager, RPA will provide coordination and management in the delivery of multiple Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an organization that is just establishing an automation capability. In this role, you will work on many important initiatives such as assessing processes for automation, preparing business partners for RPA adoption and managing in flight implementation projects.
The Dealer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exemplary and prompt customer service to dealerships and internal customers. This team member will be responsible for the daily administration of the receivable and dealer-facing systems. This team member has contact with dealership staff, internal company departments, auctions and floorplan insurance providers.
The Federal Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for providing expertise and direction to the Compliance
Department and business units which relate to or impact the Company's compliance with the federal laws that govern GM
Financial business, such as but not limited to, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Federal Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Equal
Credit Opportunity Act Regulation B promulgated thereunder, Service Members Civil Relief Act, and various U.S. state and
local impacting credit reporting and anti-discrimination laws (e.g., New York Executive law 296-A). This manager is
responsible for the administration of federal regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting, and assisting in responding to
both internal and external regulatory inquiries concerning federal regulatory compliance. This manager will promote and
underscore the overall importance of federal regulatory compliance, and build upon our established compliance culture. This
manager will have contact and interaction with all levels of management and departments across the organization, particularly
the Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Department leadership, as well as auditors, and/or federal/state examiners.
Team members will work in one of the four following specialized areas:
Federal Regulatory Compliance Manager – Fair Credit Reporting
In addition to the above duties, this Compliance Manager is to promote regulatory compliance as it relates to aspects of the
consumer reporting industry, disclosure obligations on users of consumer reports, requirements applicable to the furnishing of
information to consumer reporting agencies, and to ensure timely responses to consumer inquiries regarding information
maintained by consumer reporting agencies.
Federal Regulatory Compliance Manager – Fair Lending
In addition to above duties, this Compliance Manager is to promote regulatory compliance as it relates to the availability of
credit to all creditworthy applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of
public assistance income, or the exercise of rights granted under the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act, ECOA restrictions
on the information that may be obtained in evaluating and extending credit, and the requirement that denied credit applicants be
notified of adverse action taken on their applications or accounts.
Federal Regulatory Compliance Manager - SCRA
In addition to above duties, this Compliance Manager is to promote regulatory compliance as it relates to aspects of legal
protection for qualified members of the United States military, temporary reduction of the interest rate to 6% (retail accounts
only), protection from repossession, and other benefits as outlined within the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. In addition, this
Compliance Manager will promote regulatory compliance as it relates to lease early term requirements.
Federal Regulatory Compliance Manager - Training
In addition to above duties, this Compliance Manager is to assess federal and operational training content, frequency and
effectiveness to promote business unit remediation and partnership to minimize regulatory gaps. This manager at times, may be
required to facilitate and/or develop regulatory training curriculum to ensure applicable end user compliance.
The Facilities Project Coordinator will assist the AVP Facilities Operations with the company's short term and long term goals and objectives. This position will assist with the monitoring and update of key Facilities reports relating to the company's facilities including occupancy, terms, etc. This team member also has contact with vendors, brokers, property management and corporate offices.
The Facilities Project Coordinator will provide support to the Facilities department and the population of GM Financial in general with issues relating to the facilities that GM Financial occupies or is considering for occupation. This team member will assist the AVP Facilities Operations with facilities related projects and issues
The Building Engineer applies basic technical skills in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of GM Financial Corporation.
The Senior Credit Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing credit risks, assessing credit history and approving or denying extension of credit to potential customers. This team member has contact with other company departments, as well as automobile dealers and other finance and credit sources.
The Business Product Manager for Customer Experience Administration is responsible for enabling the delivery of best-in-class consumer and dealer experiences for GM Financial. This team member creates implementation plans for new initiatives for Customer Experience call center operations, online customer support, and remarketing projects across US and Canada channels, in addition to GM-related projects. The ideal candidate has expertise in developing and executing implementation plans that align to the company’s vision and strategic goals. Serving in a liaison capacity, this team member leads and participates in business process and system-related projects both internally and with third parties. In addition to collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, this team member will also coordinate with external vendors and partners.
The Salesforce Developer II will be part of the Dealer Services business team providing business application solutions to enhance dealers' experience while doing business with GM Financial. Day to day activities will involve developing on the Salesforce.com platform, creating VisualForce Pages/Apex Classes and providing technical documentation. Responsibilities also include researching and implementing new technology solutions not necessarily limited to the Salesforce.com platform. The Salesforce Developer II is expected to perform day to day activities while staying in compliance according to corporate standards and maintaining professionalism at all times.
The Global IT Services Delivery Analyst is responsible for managing and directing both the domestic and international support activities of various IT functional areas who support and provide technical services for GM Financial. The Delivery analyst is also responsible for all phases of projects and must also participate in the strategic and operational decisions. The IT Services Analyst must have the ability to work well with senior leadership to properly communicate all technical and compliance initiatives.
The Global Infrastructure Architect, under the general direction from the VP, will assist in the day-to-day tasks critical to the team’s success. Architect will work with Project Managers, Technology Leaders and Business Solution Architects to provide technical guidance and designs plus documentation to support security and infrastructure changes to the GMF environment. This individual will need to identify how projects will require infrastructure or security involvement and determine what area of support to engage. They will attend project meetings when necessary and assist in gathering and documenting infrastructure and security requirements. This individual will also become thoroughly familiar with all compliance, regulatory and security requirements adhering to all corporate policies and standards. This person needs to be very experienced in technology with planning and coordination skills. An energetic, solution minded personality with drive, attention to details and excellent communication skills will be needed for success in this position.
