The Technical Application Specialist I, under general supervision, is responsible for providing analysis and second-tier support for the business areas assigned to them. The position involves, but is not limited to, the analysis, design and estimation of small to medium-scale projects, product support, and coordination with team members on project development. This position involves moderate coordination with other departments, business partners, and outside vendors in order to provide customer support.
The GM Strategic Credit Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing credit applications, assessing credit history for acceptable risk and then approving or denying extension of credit to potential customers. This team member has contact with other company departments, as well as automobile dealers and other finance and credit sources. The team member will be responsible for overseeing the credit relationship to an assigned set of dealers. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the credit needs of the dealer. This role is a field based position in one of our 15 Regional Credit Centers. This will require the team member to relocate to a permanent center within the U.S. after successful completion of the credit training program and based on business needs. This role requires relocation to Chandler, AZ upon hire to attend training prior to final relocation.
The Business Systems Analyst II will work both independently and with a team to ensure all levels of Management understands certifications and business roles. This position may require traveling to GMF locations to present material to ensure competency of certifications and business roles. This role will work independently at times and make daily decisions based on business needs. The Analyst will have admin access to all applications and is required to add, remove, and report on all internal and external applications. The Analyst will also work with Senior Management on a daily basis. Additionally, this position is required to evaluate tools, monitor usage of elevated access, and support Management and system Owners in reviewing user’s permissions for appropriateness.
Under direct supervision of the Loss Mitigation Team Leader, the Loss Mitigation Account Representative performs recovery efforts to minimize losses on accounts that are identified as impounds, total loss or substitution of collateral. In addition, this team member may have responsibility for expired loans or other small balance accounts. This team member has contact with customers, insurance agents, repossession agents and other outside agencies.
The Bankruptcy Account Representative I performs various tasks relating to accounts where the Company's customer has filed for bankruptcy protection. This employee is responsible for continuing to protect the Company's interest while the account is in bankruptcy. This employee has contact with other Company departments, GM Financial's outside counsel, Bankruptcy Trustee, as well as the customer and the customer's bankruptcy counsel.
This position functions as a part of GM Financial’s Talent Acquisition team as an integrated resource partnering with the various department functions. Through collaboration the Field Talent Advisor will identify and build partnerships to determine and implement a uniform employment brand strategy, ultimately delivering a viable talent pipeline and driving GMF to become an employer of choice. The Field Talent Advisor will assist all facets of full cycle recruitment and complete special projects as needed.
ABS Reporting Systems Analyst III is a critical technical role within the GMF North America Securitization and Conduit Reporting team. This position will design process improvements, create SQL reports, write functional specifications, develop and test system plans, document processes and programs, advise users on program use, and resolve production problems. This position involves a high level of coordination with other departments and third-party software vendors.
The Supplier Management Analyst II is responsible for the administration and relationship of corporate suppliers. This position reports on the performance of suppliers. The position evaluates new suppliers, negotiates contracts and selects the best supplier for the company. The position recommends changes to improve processes and procedures. The Supplier Management Analyst II ensures all policy requirements are met.
The primary Service Desk Analyst role is to provide first level support through taking calls and handling incidents and requests using the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. The position is responsible for providing effective phone and email support to customers who are experiencing software or hardware related issues. The Service Desk Analyst must build strong reporting relationships with second and third tier IT support teams as well as other GM Financial business units and outside vendors.
The GM Financial Account Manager is responsible for service and support of all GM franchise dealers and associated GMF products. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the dealers, manufacturer partners and GM Financial. This team member's overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships that generate contracts according to GM Financials established credit risk and profitability models.
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting Regulatory Compliance Self-Assessments at an account level to determine compliance with company policy and to identify and communicate non-compliant findings with Compliance Leadership. Perform day-to-day OFAC compliance reviews, and be responsible for some state examination management. This position will interact with some levels of management and many departments as well as external customers in the interest of achieving the overall company objectives.

The DevOps Engineer, under the general direction from the DevOps Manager, will assist in many of the day-to-day tasks critical to the team’s success. These tasks will include support and design of continuous integration and delivery pipeline applications, various scripting and automation tasks relative to service delivery, and/or platforms support. The Commercial Account Manager II is responsible for providing dealership and internal customer service, acts as liaison between the GMF Commercial Lending Services (CLS) and Sales teams, coordinates and manages all floorplan account related requests. The Commercial Account Manager II is responsible for a geographically assigned portfolio. Utilizing various internal reports, monthly dealership operating/ financial statements, bank statements, and floorplan audit results the Commercial Account Manager II assesses potential risk issues and develops appropriate steps to mitigate. This includes accurate reporting of findings, ensuring corporate compliance and risk management, as well as contact with dealership personnel and communication with internal/external stakeholders. This team member has frequent contact with dealer principals and staff, GMF leadership and GM/GMF Sales teams.
The Collections Support Clerk I performs general office duties and assists in the collection effort. This team member has contact with Company departments, as well as some outside agencies.
The Credit Investigation Specialist - CVL is responsible for performing accurate, detailed, and timely pre-underwriting research and validations, and thoroughly documenting results in the underwriting system(s) of record, on Business Customers and Guarantors applying for commercial vehicle retail and lease financing. In addition, this position requires flexibility in performing various assigned ad-hoc requests and tasks as needed to support general Commercial Vehicle Lending (CVL) activities and responsibilities.
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for recognizing and assessing compliance risk and addressing non-compliant areas for purposes of maintaining and improving operational performance and compliance. This team member will be responsible for managing CFPB compliance reviews by analyzing data and documentation. This position will interact with all levels of management and many departments as well as external customers and auditors in the interest of achieving the overall company objectives.

About the Risk Management Forecasting Team
The Risk Management Forecasting team is responsible for analyzing and projecting credit losses, delinquency, and outstanding receivables for the North America APR and Lease portfolios on a monthly and quarterly basis. The team supports multiple departments including Servicing, Corporate Finance, Pricing and Product Development. The forecast models and related analysis are also the primary framework for communicating portfolio performance trends and expectations to Executive and Senior leadership.
The Risk Analyst II – Portfolio Forecasting is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of complex portfolio forecasting models. The models are used to support corporate planning, financing and account servicing operations. In addition, this position is responsible for analysis and reporting on factors that affect portfolio performance such as delinquency, loss frequency, loss severity and bankruptcies
The Consumer Complaint Specialist is responsible for answering and resolving escalated consumer calls and written correspondence. This team member will update the Complaint Tracking System with details about the complaint and resolution/remediation of the complaint for reporting purposes. This team member is responsible for providing educated, fair, and timely responses to consumer complaints from many sources including but not limited to state and federal regulators, the Better Business Bureau, correspondence sent to GM and GM Financial Executives, and both verbal and written correspondence directly from the consumer. This team member will interact with all levels of management and many departments as well as external customers and regulators in the interest of achieving the overall company objectives.
The Remarketing Solutions Specialist professionally represents the sale of retail and lease vehicles at auctions nationwide and strives to achieve the highest recovery on the liquidation of assets in order to minimize losses, while ensuring company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, are followed. Additionally, this team member will review, monitor, and direct departmental activity.
