  • Overview

    This role is responsible for the administrative and end user support of our HR system platforms including but not limited to: Performance Management, Succession Management, Learning Management, Career Development and Compensation modules. This role provides ongoing systems support and systems strategy implementation to provide optimal talent management platform performance to support employee engagement and optimize business operations. This position also supports the overall human resource department as it relates to system or application implementation and process improvement.Responsibilities

    JOB DUTIES

    • Supports HR platforms by providing functional and technical system support including, super user system administration, process implementation, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, reference guide creation and reporting.
    • Consult with human resource department process owners to understand the business case for development requests, process improvements, interfaces (internal and external), or enhancements, evaluate/assess the request and work with appropriate IT resources to implement approved requirements.
    • Serve as liaison between the human resources department and IT business systems analysts to ensure understanding of HR objectives.
    • Partner with HR and IT PMO to ensure proper planning, execution, and completion of HR system project deliverables.
    • Internal customer reporting relationship with HR and third party vendors as needed regarding system implementation, maintenance and enhancement recommendations.
    • Meet established internal customer Service Level Agreements.
    • Evaluates current processes and system functionality, serving as a subject matter expert tasked with making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
    • Provide best in class customer service when communicating solutions to end users.
    • Develop, Coordinate, and Facilitate User Acceptance Testing that account for business activities to be used for admin testing, user testing, and documentation of system defects.
    • Document HR platforms and system standard operating procedures and coordinate system downtime/latency communications.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge

    • HR Platforms methodology required
    • Knowledge of Success Factors Talent Management platforms preferred
    • Working knowledge of SharePoint including lists, workflows and libraries

    • Documenting Standard Operating Procedures

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferably with major course work in information systems, human resources, business process analysis, operational documentation, and workflow analysis/process reengineering required

    Experience

    • Project Management Certification preferred 
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Platforms and Talent Management systems required
