The Enterprise Services Program Manager will provide leadership, coordination, and management in the delivery of multiple, strategic and highly complex projects within Enterprise Services. This role will need to provide analytical expertise for the process excellence capability and the broader organization to drive continuous improvements, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. This incumbent will also lead and assist team members who are responsible for successfully implementing strategic, corporate projects and work closely with team members as they develop their project management and process excellence acumen. The program manager will interact with all levels of management and departments across the organization.
