The Total Rewards Sr Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating, and administering GM Financial's compensation and benefit plans and programs. The position will conduct research and data analysis regarding various aspects of the plans, Identify and develop process improvements, and implement programs accordingly. The Total Rewards Sr Analyst will monitor compensation and benefit trends in the business environment and must stay abreast of applicable legislation. This team member is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on administration, compliance, vendor management, reporting, as well as employee communication and education for compensation and benefit programs. The Total Rewards Sr Analyst will provide support to the Total Rewards management team and other GM Financial employees as it relates to compensation and benefits.
