  • Overview

    Perform in-depth analysis of moderate to complex financial information and prepare reports to assist management in making long-term and short-term decisions.  Provides overall support to management.




    • Analyze moderate to complex financial information, including trends and forecasts
    • Prepare reports based on analysis and on historical information
    • Help develop policy and procedures of the department
    • Perform special tasks and analyses as requested by management
    • Act as a mentor to junior staff members to aid in their development
    • Keep abreast of current trends in the market and developments in the profession
    • Perform other related duties, as needed




    • Advanced knowledge of capital markets and financial analysis
    • Advanced knowledge of finance principles
    • Advanced knowledge of treasury functions and overall cashflow of the business
    • Advanced working knowledge of Excel
    • Advanced working knowledge of Oracle accounting software, Discoverer and Access
    • Advanced working knowledge of the securitization methodologies
    • AS System knowledge
    • Financial forecasting
    • Financial reporting
    • Procedures for compiling financial data
    • Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
    • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting
    • Advanced skills in SQL




    • Ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook
    • Analytical skills
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Must be able to analyze and resolve moderate to complex problems
    • Preparing and reporting financial reports
    • SEC filings
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong skills working with spreadsheets
    • Using financial and/or accounting tools and information systems
    • Working with government agencies (e.g., IRS, SEC)



    • Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Finance required



    • 2-3 Years in a Financial Analysis role Required

    • Occasional overtime or split shifts may be required;Subject to stressful situations;normal office environment;Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers;Work additional hours based on production demands requiring mandatory overtime;Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours;Must be able to deal with stressful office conditions while troubleshooting problems
