The Business Systems Analyst III – Credit Systems provides system support for complex business processes, issues, and projects for originations related software applications used by multiple business departments. These responsibilities include the gathering and documenting of requirements to facilitate enhancements, changes and/or fixes within the Credit Systems applications. Additional support includes application configuration and maintenance, systems testing, and end-user production support. The Business Systems Analyst III – Credit Systems will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle as the requirements subject matter expert and is expected to take ownership for the delivery of the solution. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst III – Credit Systems will provide both technical and functional support to the end-users and will have an advanced understanding of the business processes and how those processes relate to the associated business applications.
