  • Overview

    The QC Support Specialist – CLS supports the Commercial Lending Quality Control department in coordinating the maintenance, storage, retrieval, and retention of paper and electronic documents. This includes preparing documents for scanning, operating scanning equipment, and preparing files for offsite storage. This team member will perform other administrative and clerical support functions for the Quality Control Department.

    Responsibilities

    JOB DUTIES

    • Analyze, interpret, and organize documents based on content
    • Operate imaging devices and document imaging software to capture and import digitized documents into document management systems
    • Classify scanned documents in SharePoint by type through data entry and field form tagging according to internal procedures and practices
    • Responsible for file storage including preparing files to go to storage and recalling boxes when needed for audit or other reasons
    • Maintain standards, best practices, and follow procedures to comply with document management policies
    • Search electronic sources and/or manual sources for information
    • Assist with general administrative duties
    • Complete special projects and perform other work related duties as needed
    • Reviews and evaluates the floorplan documentation

    Qualifications

    Knowledge

    • Prior experience in commercial lending with emphasis in automotive dealership financing
    • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
    • Understanding of dealership operations
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Access preferred

    Skills

    • Good organization and prioritization skills
    • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
    • Able to work closely with others, meet deadlines and document work thoroughly
    • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must possess exemplary customer service skills

    Education

    • High School Diploma required
    • Associate Degree preferred
