The Operations Specialist II – Dealer Services Salesforce is responsible for supporting the Salesforce.com (SFDC) team and GM Financial SFDC users.  Additional responsibilities include researching user questions and/or requests, day to day issues and tasks, organizing corporate projects as required, reporting and data needs for SFDC users.



  • Includes Operations Specialist I assigned job duties
  • Maintain SFDC role and template assignments
  • SFDC user acceptance testing of release and new processes
  • Assist internal SFDC team with 3rd Party Vendor requests
  • Assist and support existing and new SFDC processes
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • SFDC platform customization and workflow skills
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support requests
  • May require SFDC reporting, business processes, administration and user support
  • Perform other related duties as required



Reports to:    Salesforce Integration Manager – Systems Coordination

Direct reports: None      



  • Proficient with PC software applications such as MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Cognos, and SAS
  • Basic understanding of statistics, finance, and consumer auto lending
  • Knowledge of SFDC administration
  • Working knowledge of GM Financial

  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with dealers, peers, and management
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business decision-making ability
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective written and verbal presentation skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision




  • High school diploma required / College Degree preferred
  • Previous analytical experience preferred
  • 1 year Salesforce experience preferred
