About the Servicing Analytics Team
As part of the Credit Risk Management department, the Servicing Analytics team supports all Servicing functions for GM Financial in our pursuit to profitably manage the loan and lease portfolios of the company. We provide these internal customers operational and management level reporting and analysis to gain insight into the daily and monthly operations and the impact that operational policies have on portfolio performance. The businesses we support on a daily basis include Customer Service, Remarketing Solutions, Collections, Bankruptcy, and Loss Recovery. We also provide support for numerous other departments within the company, including Legal, Compliance, and Tax. We track and monitor hundreds of metrics, from call center data to portfolio performance to collections proficiency to vehicle resale throughput.
