The Operations Compliance Analyst – Servicing Administration is responsible for completing audits and reviews of Servicing related functions for adherence to GM Financial policy, business processes and procedures. This team member will participate in compliance initiatives, training efforts and continuous process reviews to identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk within all areas of Servicing (Customer Service, Collections, Asset Remarketing, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Loss Recovery, etc.) This team member will collaborate with external departments and assist in the development of action plans to ensure compliance standards are met.
