The Treasury Systems & Projects Supervisor is responsible for overseeing tasks related to system implementations, project testing, process improvements and day-to-day operations of the Cash Management Projects team. This team member will also be responsible for performing in-depth research, analysis, and preparing reports to assist management in making strategic and operational decisions.




  • Serve as department lead for projects including development, requirements gathering, coordinating testing, training and implementation.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes, establish procedures and implement controls for new initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of data, information resources, and processes.
  • Perform research and analysis to assist in decision making for company initiatives.
  • Design and maintain reports for management.
  • Contribute to planning and successful execution of company initiatives.
  • Oversee staff to ensure testing and processing requirements are met, ensuring maximum productivity while maintaining quality service standards.
  • Develop effective relationships with other departments.
  • Define performance expectations, establish goals and standards, write performance evaluations, and conduct counseling sessions as needed.



  • Keep abreast of current trends in the market and developments in the profession.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.    


Reports to: AVP Corporate Treasury - Cash Management

Direct Reports: Cash Management Projects Analyst, Sr. Cash Management Projects Analyst





  • Advanced knowledge of consumer lending, commercial lending, leasing, or corporate banking a must.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Treasury core business functions, policies, procedures, systems, and terminology.
  • System testing and project experience required.      
  • Advanced Excel experience.
  • Intermediate SQL experience.
  • Experience with AutoSuite system preferred.
  • Experience with a Treasury Management System preferred.



  • Must exhibit the ability to manage people and lead them to achieve company goals through leadership and effective change management.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an excellent sense of priority to handle multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
  • Ability to use good judgment in making decisions independently.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.



  • BBA Finance or Accounting required.
  • 5+ years project experience preferred
  • 5+ years Cash Management or Financial Services experience
  • CTP certification preferred



High energy and fast-paced office environment subject to stressful situations dealing with deadlines, other departments and financial institutions. Some travel and overtime may be required.
