The Business Systems Analyst II – Credit Systems provides intermediate level system support for the originations related software applications used by multiple business departments. These responsibilities include the gathering and documenting of requirements to facilitate enhancements, changes and/or fixes within the Credit Systems applications. Additional support includes application configuration and maintenance, systems testing, and end-user production support. The Business Systems Analyst II – Credit Systems will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle as the requirements subject matter expert and is expected to take ownership for the delivery of the solution. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst II – Credit Systems will provide both technical and functional support to the end-users and will have a solid understanding of the business processes and how those processes relate to the associated business applications.

Work is conducted in a professional office environment subject to stressful situations arising from meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects and priorities. Some travel to company and vendor sites is required, including outside the United States. Evening and weekend work as required.
