The Compensation Analyst II is responsible for implementing, administering and assisting with the design of compensation programs for the corporation, ensuring compensation practices are aligned with corporate strategy. This team member will provide compensation support and guidance to various business units in the areas of salary evaluations, FLSA exemptions, job description facilitation and review, and the overall compensation process, including merit increases.
