The Vice President, Remarketing Solutions Field and Dealer Support is responsible for meeting dealer engagement objectives for GM Financial retail, lease, GM Company, and rental return vehicles sold online and at physical auctions. Key areas of focus for this role are dealer and sales team education including end-of-term processes, GMF DealerSource and auction inventory as well as providing direction for the Product Specialist team. The VP develops and executes engagement, education, customer service and support strategies and is a key link to Remarketing Operations, Dealer Services and Senior Management.
