The Senior Commercial Account Manager is responsible for providing dealership and internal customer service, acts as liaison between the GMF Commercial Lending Services (CLS) and Sales teams, coordinates and manages all floorplan account related requests, and monitors and manages assigned portfolio with data obtained from both internal and external sources. This team member has frequent contact with dealer principals and staff, GMF leadership and GM/GMF Sales teams.
