The Business Systems Analyst III - Digital Services Support provides system support for complex business processes, issues, and projects for originations related software applications used by multiple business departments. These responsibilities include the gathering and documenting of requirements to facilitate enhancements, changes and/or fixes within the Credit Systems applications. Additional support includes application configuration and maintenance, systems testing, and end-user production support. The Business Systems Analyst III - Digital Services Support will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle as the requirements subject matter expert and is expected to take ownership for the delivery of the solution. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst III - Digital Services Support will provide both technical and functional support to the end-users and will have an advanced understanding of the business processes and how those processes relate to the associated business applications.

Work is conducted in a professional office environment subject to stressful situations arising from meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities. Some travel to company and vendor sites may be required, including outside the United States. Evening and weekend work as required. A passport is recommended.
