The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for partnering with Recruiting leadership, HR Partners and Hiring Managers to execute a staffing strategy to include full life cycle recruiting, assisting in the development and execution of a broad based sourcing strategy, ultimately delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business. The Recruiter II will develop and execute a plan to meet hiring requirements by evaluating, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and also provide regular updates throughout the process to ensure candidate decisions are made timely. This role extends and negotiates employment offers with candidates by selling the company and the position and completes the pre-employment process according to recruiting guidelines. The emphasis of the Recruiter II will be that of exempt and non-exempt positions, and will assist all facets of recruitment and complete special projects, as needed.
