The Organizational Design and Development Consultant is responsible for partnering to develop, design and implement strategic people solutions across the complete employee lifecycle from selection and onboarding, to learning and development, to performance management and succession planning. Responsible for demonstrating effective needs analysis, project management, instructional material development, and evaluation skills to determine the needs of the business and implement the talent management solutions.
